Andrew R. Duncan joined Ruckelshaus Kautzman Blackwell immediately upon graduating from law school in 2006. 

Andrew is a member of the Indianapolis Bar Association and a Distinguished Member of the Indianapolis Bar Foundation. Andrew is a graduate of Class XII of the Indianapolis Bar Association Bar Leader Series and is a frequent speaker at seminars focusing on the response to critical incidents involving public safety members and legal issues commonly faced by public employees.

He is admitted to practice in all Indiana State and Federal Courts. Andrew focuses his practice in the areas of civil and criminal litigation, personal injury, appellate practice, public safety disciplinary proceedings and public safety liability defense. 

Along with RKB Partner, John F. Kautzman, Andrew has litigated several high-profile cases for many clients in a variety of areas. In addition, Mr. Duncan has litigated cases in Indiana's appellate courts helping to shape the laws of Indiana for the benefit of teachers and public safety members.
